Resort Information

Complying with Spanish legislation introduced in 2024, all guests must provide personal information and contact details, and guests over the age of 14 must also provide their ID details. To save time at check in this can be completed online in advance using our online check-in process. A credit or debit card will be requested as security on arrival.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10am on your departure day.

Luggage storage facilities are available, please contact Reception for further details.

You may settle your account the day before departure to ensure a speedy check out.

You may continue to use the Resort facilities on your departure day.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in Reception, Zacary’s Restaurant, Romy’s and in all apartments.

Our kid’s club, Team Marina, is suitable for children aged from 4 to 12 years old. There is a registration cost of €5 per child and includes a Team Marina t-shirt. Some additional activities do require an additional charge – please speak to Team Marina direct for further details.

Tickets for a variety of excursions can be purchased from our Excursion Centre.

Our onsite mini-market, Sam’s Pantry, is open from 9am to 4pm daily for grocery and holiday essentials as well as hot and cold drinks, fresh bread, pastries and ice cream.

Yes, our fully equipped Fitness Centre is open daily from 8:30am to 7:00pm and is available for all registered guests to enjoy.

All of our accommodation is fully cleaned prior to every check-in and after each check-out. In addition to this the below are included:
For stays of 5 to 8 nights – one towel change.
For stays of 9 nights or longer – one towel change and one full service clean, including linen and towel change

We do, and we would encourage you to support Wyndham Green - an efficiency and green practice program - by recycling your household waste. Please use the colour coded bags provided in your kitchen cupboard to separate plastics (yellow), paper and cardboard (blue) and general waste (black). The bags can be deposited at our clearly marked communal recycling points.

We operate a Linen Reuse Program. You can support our Green journey by choosing to reuse your towels and linen during your stay. We use approved Ecolab cleaning products and are working to reduce our impact on the planet by adopting more environmentally friendly service levels.

The EU is introducing ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) and EES (Entry/Exit System) for visitors from outside the Schengen Area (countries without internal border checks), including UK passport holders. When you first arrive at a Schengen border after EES begins, you’ll provide personal data a photo and/or fingerprints which will be stored digitally. On future trips, border officers will simply verify your existing data, making the process faster. In rare cases, it may need to be collected again.

Both our pools are seasonally heated (usually from November to May).

Our main pool opens at 9:30am and closes at 6pm from November to March and at 7pm from April to October. Our adult-only pool is only open during peak season.

Pool towels can be collected from Reception. A deposit of €20 is required and is fully refunded provided the towel is returned to Reception on check-out.

We have a lifeguard on duty 7 days a week during the opening times of our swimming pools.

There are a number of beaches within 2km of Ramada Residences Costa Adeje.

Fañabe is 1km from the Resort, Costa Adeje Town Centre is 3km and the popular Playa de Las Americas is approximately 5km away.

Reception can arrange delivery of a car hire vehicle directly to the Resort.

Taxis can be booked from Reception.

There are two bus stops, both a 15 minute walk from Ramada Residences Costa Adeje with connections to Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos and to the main bus station.

For the enjoyment of all guests, we request that noise is kept to a minimum after 11pm. We ask that guests on the first floor are particularly careful when moving furniture to avoid inconveniencing guests below.
