At what time can we check in?

The official check-in time is 4pm. Reception is open 24 hours.

At what time do we need to check out?

We kindly ask you to vacate your room on departure day by 10am.

For luggage storage facilities please contact reception on the day of your departure.

You may settle your account at Reception on the day before departure, in order to ensure a speedy check out on your departure day.

Are there hairdryers in the apartment?

All our bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

Are the apartments equipped with a telephone?

All the rooms are equipped with a direct dial telephone. To get an outside line, please dial “0”. Please let us know if we can be of any help in finding your desired number.

Are the apartments equipped with a television?

Your room is equipped with a television and a remote control. You will find an overview of all the channels on channel 1 of your TV.

Are there ironing facilities in the apartment?

All apartments are provided with an iron and ironing board.

Is there a safe in the apartment?

In your room you will find a safe where you can store your valuables. If you experience any difficulties, please contact Reception on extension 9.

Are cots and highchairs available?

A travel cot, for babies up to two years, can be requested free of charge.

Highchairs can be requested, also free of charge. All can be ordered via Reception when needed.

Rules on noise

We kindly ask that you refrain from playing music in any of the communal areas. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, please keep the volume of your radios and televisions in your apartment at a reasonable level, particularly after 23:00hrs.

We kindly request that you avoid excessive noise within and around the apartment. Please be mindful when rearranging furniture to avoid inconveniencing fellow guests.

Resort Facilities

Is there an on-site supermarket?

We have one shop on-site with a wide range of products – Sam’s Pantry situated on the ground floor of block A, at A0100 level. The mini-market is open from 09.00 to 16.00 7 days a week.

Larger supermarkets are within walking distance of the resort.

Is there a doctor on resort?

If you need a doctor to visit you on the resort, a private hospital is nearby with medical facilities available 24/7.

Do you Recycle?

YES and we would encourage you to support Wyndham Green, a Wyndham efficiency and green practice program by recycling your household waste.

Please use the colour coded bags provided in your kitchen cupboard to separate plastics (yellow), paper and cardboard (blue) and general waste (black).

These separate bags can then be deposited in our communal recycling points clearly marked in resort.

What other Green Initiatives do you have?

We have the Linen Reuse Program.

Join us on our Green journey by choosing to reuse your towels and linen during your stay. Here at Ramada Residences Costa Adeje, in an effort to cut down on cleaning chemicals and water consumption, we will change your towels midweek. We use approved Ecolab cleaning products and are working to reduce our impact on the planet by adapting more environmentally friendly service levels.

Are pets allowed?

To maintain a clean and safe environment, pets are not permitted in the resort. We also kindly ask that you refrain from feeding stray animals and birds or allowing them into your apartment.

Is WiFi available?

WiFi is available free of charge in Zacary’s restaurant and all apartments. A personal password will be provided on arrival.

Are the children’s activities free?

Team Marina is a kids’ club for children aged between 4 and 12 years of age.

There is a registration cost of €5 for each child which includes a Team Marina t-shirt.

Some additional activities do require an additional charge – more details available from Team Marina on resort.

Is there free parking on the resort?

Yes, car parking is free.

Is flight information available?

Please contact our team at Reception for information and confirmation regarding your flight.

Can I book excursions from the resort?

Tickets for a variety of excursion can be purchased at our Excursion Centre, located next to the main pool area on the first floor.

Is there a playground onsite?

Yes, we have a playground for the children. We also have various pool tables, table tennis and mini golf available onsite.

Is it possible to exchange money at reception?

Should you need to exchange money you can do so at Reception.


Is there a heated swimming pool?

There are two pools that are heated in winter (usually November to May) one next to Zacary’s restaurant which is available for families to enjoy activities and have fun during their stay. Our other pool located H400 level which will be open during peak season is designated as an adults-only pool area where guests can retreat and relax in a tranquil environment.

Do you provide pool towels?

Pool towels are provided at reception upon request where a deposit charge of 20€ per towel will be held against your account. If you wish to use the pool facilities on the day of departure, please keep the towel(s) provided and return them to Reception prior to departure, otherwise the aforementioned charge will be applied.

Should you decide to change your pool towels, a small charge will be applied per towel in support of our sustainable environment policy.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

We have a lifeguard on duty 7 days per week during the opening times of our swimming pool.

Getting Around

How far away is the nearest town?

Fañabe is 1km from the resort and the popular Playa de Las Americas is approximately 5km away.

Is the beach close to the resort?

Ramada Residences by Wyndham Tenerife Costa Adeje is within easy reach of the beach.

Can I book taxis from the resort?

Taxis can be booked from Reception.

Is it possible to rent a car?

If you wish to rent a car we would be pleased to arrange delivery from a choice of vehicles directly to the resort, please contact our Reception.
