Serving everything from fresh bread and delicious cakes to sun cream and newspapers, Sam’s Pantry is our onsite mini market that allows you to fully embrace your self-catering holiday.
The mini-market is open from 9am to 4pm 7 days a week.
Sam’s Pantry shelves are home to some of your favourite food brands. Satisfy your morning hunger pangs where the tempting smell of aromatic coffee and croissants will prove hard to resist; alternatively, an espresso could be your best shot to tackle a day of aqua fun and frolics. As the mercury rises, we know a day in the sun can be thirsty work, so thankfully the chiller cabinets stock a range of cold drinks and ice creams to take to the pool or beach.
Join us at our new adults only rooftop cocktail bar and soak up the sunshine and spectacular views over Costa Adeje and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean with a frozen cocktail or mocktail in hand. Stay and enjoy the sunset with a champagne cocktail or sip espresso martinis after dark.

Look out for the Canarian ‘wrinkly’ potatoes – papas arrugadas, mojo – a spicy sauce consisting of oil, garlic, pepper, thyme, cumin, coriander and other spices, and bienmesabe – a very sweet dessert of almond paste, honey and sugar, often served with ice cream. There’s a variety of restaurants from Puerto Colon to Playa de las Americas with great choices for local and international cuisines.
